The Indonesia Arrival Card is a required health declaration form that all travelers must submit online prior to entering Indonesia. It has replaced the previous paper-based Disembarkation/Embarkation (D/E) card, which passengers used to fill out either during their flight or at the airport.

The Health Declaration is equally important and mandatory. All travelers entering Indonesia, without exception, are required to complete the Health Declaration. The primary purpose is to monitor individuals entering the country, assess their health status, and most importantly, prevent the further spread of the virus.

What do you need to enter Indonesia ?

To enter Indonesia, your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your intended departure date. If you plan to travel to other countries in the region, ensure that your passport remains valid for at least six months beyond the date you intend to enter those destinations.

To Complete your SG Arrival Card application, you'll need the following documents:

• A copy of your valid passport, with at least 6 months of remaining validity.
• Your contact details.
• Travel information, including your itinerary and travel plans.
• Accommodation details in Indonesia, if applicable.
